Lisa was first introduced to yoga when she was 17 and living in North Carolina pursuing a professional ballet career. After moving to Nashville in 2010, Lisa was reintroduced to yoga and since then, she has been dedicated to her practice. Lisa completed her first 200-hour teacher training with emPower School of Yoga in 2015. In 2016, she completed her second 200-hour teacher training with Kali Yuga Youniversity. Lisa loves the way the body can move and the many variations each yoga posture has. Her classes are influenced by her many years of ballet training and the importance of breath. Yoga is her way of connecting mind, body and spirit. With over 1,000 teaching hours, she loves sharing this connection with her students.
