Maddie Adams
RYT 200
Having practiced yoga for more than a decade now, Maddie is a devoted yogi who approaches the practice with curiosity, creativity, and lightheartedness. She initially stepped into yoga as a means of getting into shape, but soon noticed both the physical and mental benefits after a powerful, breath-focused practice –immediately she was hooked. While she spent her first couple of years practicing the Hot 26 style, she really felt that click while taking her first vinyasa class. By syncing breath with movement, she found the work to be both more challenging and more transformative, so shortly thereafter she enrolled in teacher training. Since completing her training in the summer of 2013, Maddie has been regularly teaching yoga at studios around Nashville and has further continued to learn and explore the yoga via workshops, trainings, and regularly getting on her mat. Known for her creative and challenging sequencing as well as her ability to make her students laugh and have fun, Maddie finds true joy in holding space for her students to sweat, work, grow, laugh and ultimately love.
