Riki Rattner
RYT 200
Riki fell in love with yoga during her college years here in Nashville. At first, Riki became committed to the physical practice, but quickly realized that yoga was having a profound impact on her mental health and wellbeing. After college, Riki became a 4th grade teacher, working at a high-needs school in North Nashville. Riki relied on yoga in her own life, and naturally found herself bringing it into her classroom. Sharing yoga with her students inspired Riki to get her 200-hour RYC in 2017. She attended Zuna Yoga’s teacher training in Ubud, Bali. During her training, Riki developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for the breath, anatomical alignment, and the philosophy behind the physical postures. Riki is committed to empowering her students (kids and adults) with tools that help them to be purposefully powerful on and off their mats.
